Alvis provides a subscription-based platform that utilizes artificial intelligence to identify high-impact topics from your business website and automatically generate, script, and render professional-grade video content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time without prior notice.
3. Subscription and Billing
Our services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By selecting a plan, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method according to the cadence and amount specified during signup. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, all payments are non-refundable, and no credits or refunds will be provided for partial months of service.
4. User Responsibilities and Content
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide (including website URLs and contact details) is accurate and that you have the right to use such information. You retain ownership of your original insights and content; however, by using Alvis, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process your content for the purpose of generating your automated videos.
5. AI-Generated Content
While Alvis strives for the highest quality, AI-generated content is provided for informational and marketing purposes and may require human oversight. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of every creative decision made by the AI, and you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before posting it to your social channels.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of Alvis shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in the month preceding the claim.
